Are all Umanac Products Organic?
We have multiple categories of Certified Organic products and some that are not organic but absolutely natural and safe to be consumed.
What is Organic Ghee?
Organic ghee comes from desi cows that are not treated with antibiotics, growth hormones and are left to graze free on rich pasture land that is free of chemicals and other pesticides. Strict standards are followed to achieve the certified organic rank.
What is A2 Ghee?
A unique type of Ghee crafted with the A2 milk comes from rare breeds of desi cows. It is believed to be rich in a typical protein type and is a rich source of other vitamins too which contribute to better health and development in all age groups. Its attributes can be compared to a mother’s milk. Gir and Kankrej cows genetically yield A2 milk which is the source of two variants of Umanac A2 Ghee.
What do you mean by natural and safe products?
Edibles in the most natural form without any adulteration. Our Himalayan Pink Rock Salt Powder and Lakadong Turmeric Powder are natural products, safe, and can better your living goals.
Does Umanac follow all Organic guidelines?
Yes, all Umanac Organic products are Certified Organic.
Are Umanac products safe to be consumed daily?
Yes, all Umanac products are meant to be used for daily health and vitality.
How much Organic ghee or honey can be consumed each day?
You may carefully decide your intake basis your personal health requirements and what your medical health professional advises. Otherwise, ensure it is in moderation.
Is Umanac Ghee safe to be consumed by toddlers and elderlies?

What is the status of my order?
Checking the status of your order is easy. To trace your shipment, go to your Umanac.com – ‘My Account tab’ - ‘Order History’ and click on the order you need details of. Status ‘Processing’ means your order has been received and is currently under process.Once the order is shipped, you will be made aware of it. Status ‘Shipped’ means your order is out for delivery and you may track the status of the same by looking right beside the order details.
How long does it take to get my order?
Understand the ETA by feeding your area code when prompted. Once ordered, the delivery may take the time mentioned as ETA before or may also depend on various external factors like unfavorable weather, political announcements or delay from the shipping partner’s end.
How much is shipping?
You are eligible for free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1999/-. If the order value is lesser, you shall have to bear Rs. 80/- as standard delivery charges.

How do I request a return or replacement?
1. Raise a request on support id – support@umanac.com with all order details – order id, product picture, and reason of return or replacement. Product pickup will be initiated from our end free of cost.

What is the status of my refund?
Once the product is checked for quality and passes the standard policy norms, the refund is initiated and it may take close to 5-7 business days.
