

Return/ Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@umanac.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired item.
- You received the wrong product that does not match your order.
- The product packaging was tampered with or leaked at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return: - The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared with our customer support team.

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo/video evidence of the issue
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- A replacement will be sent wherever applicable.
- If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be processed for reasons like taste preference or change of mind.
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the return window (7 days)
